
Dr. Ann Gaudino
Ann Cancilla Gaudino, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Education at Millersville University where she also serves as Coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership. Dr. Gaudino holds a Doctorate in Education Administration and Policy Studies from The University of Pittsburgh, a Specialist in Education Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, and a Masters and Bachelor’s in Music from The University of Michigan. Now in her 31st year in the field of education, Dr. Gaudino has served as a teacher, principal, human resource director and assistant superintendent in private, public and parochial schools. She is the founder and editor of The Excellence in Education Journal, ISSN 2474-4166 indexed by ERIC, website: www.excellenceineducationjournal.org which promotes scholarly writing about practices in the education of children and adults worldwide in a free, open-access, online journal format.
